The Croft Barn

The Fleet Farm Barns are designed to provide generous living accommodation and gardens, arranged to maximise privacy and minimise the impact of the buildings on the village and surrounding natural surroundings. Named after members of the Washington family tree in honour of the history of the village and Sulgrave Manor, the Croft Barn is tucked into the corner of the site with the most private rear garden and outlook.

The barns are all equipped with underfloor heating powered by Air Source Heat Pumps to reduce their environmental impact. Each home has a car-port within the old stable block, a second exposed allocated space and access to additional visitor parking on site.

The Croft Barn comprises large reception hall in the centre of the plot with the living room, and kitchen/dining room accessed through their own sets of double doors. The living room is dual aspect with large bi-fold doors to the garden maximising outdoor living. The kitchen is individually designed and fully customisable with our kitchen design team, it leads onto a good sized utility room with rear access. Externally the properties are stone built with slate roofs and timber windows to match the conservation area in which they reside. The front approaches are fully landscaped with bonded resin paths and driveways. The rear gardens are laid to turf with new fencing to all borders.
