Meadow Hall Barns Brochures!

12 Apr 2016 Meadow Hall Barns Brochures!

The sales brochures, CGIs and sales specification are now available to download digitally from our website for the stunning Meadow Hall Barns development in Northend, Warwickshire.

The village of Northend is situated approximately eighteen miles west of Stratford-on-Avon and roughly half-way between the town of Banbury and the conurbation of Leamington Spa and Warwick.

The Meadow Hall Barns are situated on the corner of Bottom Street and Peartrees in roughly the centre of the village of Northend.  Working closely with listed building officers and local architects the site has been designed to create a striking mixture of new and old whilst complement the surrounding architecture.

The Grade II listed barn, known as the Farnborough Barn, is attached to the existing Meadow Hall Farmhouse and sits to the south west of the site, visible from both Bottom Street and Peartrees.

The barn has been carefully refurbished to restore the thatched roof and re-purpose the outbuildings and stable block. The renovations create a stunning mixture of brand new contemporary architecture with glazed screens to allow the home owner to fully appreciate the preserved features of the original structure.

The open plan main barn comprises a large kitchen, dining and living area with glass staircase leading onto an enclosed mezzanine level with shower room which may be used as either a bedroom or study. The new-build section of the barn encompasses three bedrooms with three en-suite shower rooms and a further bathroom. Below the mezzanine is the master suite with dressing area and wet room. All bedrooms have fitted storage. At the foot of the garden is a refurbished annexe creating either a gym or studio space customisable to the buyers requirements.

Toward the north east side of the site the original farm barns have been removed to construct two new build Dutch style residential barns in keeping with the original layout and visual representation of the site. The Dutch barns, known as the Dassett and Upton Barns are unique in the village and indeed the local area. Both properties are set into the landscape ensuring that privacy is maximised whilst minimising the impact of the building from the highway.

The spacious ground floor offers flexible living quarters to suit differing family lifestyles. The first floor boasts four good sized double bedrooms and three bathrooms. Fitted storage is included in both the master suite and the second bedroom.

All three barns have fully landscaped gardens to both the front and rear and access to a communal Orchard.

We take great pride in equipping our properties with high quality fittings and appliances exceeding many of our competitors.

Our full customisation service is available to our buyers should you wish to us to accommodate changes to the standard set for Meadow Hall Barns.
